Precautionary Statement:

 IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

IF SWALLOWED: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: There is no specific antidote for this product. Induce emesis or lavage stomach, taking care to avoid aspiration of stomach contents into lungs. Give saline laxative and supportive therapy. Contains petroleum distillate - vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia.

POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS: DANGER. Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes or clothing.

 EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 – 20

minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

INHALATION: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

INGESTION: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person

INHALATION: Move person to fresh air. If effects occur, seek medical attention.

INGESTION: If swallowed, call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

NOTES TO MEDICAL DOCTOR: No specific antidote. Treatment of exposure should be directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical condition of the patient.

POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS: Caution. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Contact with bifenthrin may occasionally produce skin sensations such as rashes, numbing, burning or tingling. These skin sensations are reversible and usually subside within 12 hours.

 EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

NOTES TO MEDICAL DOCTOR: This product is expected to have low oral, dermal, and inhalation toxicity. It is expected to be mildly irritating to the skin and eyes. Reversible skin sensations (paresthesia) may occur and ordinary skin salves have been found useful in reducing discomfort. Treatment is otherwise controlled removal of exposure followed by symptomatic and supportive care.

 EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: Primary Route(s) of Entry: Eyes, Skin, Inhalation, Ingestion

EYES: Flush with large amounts of water. Eyelids should be held away from the eyeball to ensure thorough rinsing. Get medical attention if irritation persists.

SKIN: Remove and wash contaminated clothing thoroughly. Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. Do not take clothing home to be laundered.

INHALATION: If symptoms develop, remove person from source of exposure to fresh air. If respiratory symptoms persist, get medical attention.

INGESTION: If large amount is ingested, give 2 – 3 glasses of water. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention.

NOTES TO MEDICAL DOCTOR: Treatment based on the sound judgement of the physician and the individual reactions of the patient.

 

6. Target 6.6 (MSMA)  EPA Registration : 42519-1

Contains Monosodium methanearsonate

Emergency First Aid Procedures: Call a physician immediately in all cases of suspected poisoning.

Inhalation: Remove victim from exposure by moving to an area of fresh air. If breathing is difficult or absent, send for immediate medical attention. If breathing has stopped, artificial respiration should be started by qualified personnel. Oxygen may be administered by qualified personnel.

Ingestion: If conscious, ensure airway is clear, then have victim drink several glasses of water and induce vomiting by sticking fingers in back of throat. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Obtain immediate medical attention.

Eyes: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes, hold eyelids open to ensure adequate flushing of the entire eye. If irritation or discomfort develops, seek medical attention.

Skin: Wash affected area with soap and water. If irritation or discomfort develops, seek medical attention.

Notes to Physician: If ingested, gastric lavage may be indicated. Literature recommendations for arsenic poisoning calls for chelation therapy with BAL or d-penicillamine. Persons with a sensitivity to penicillins may suffer an allergic reaction. BAL is recommended for persons allergic to penicillin.
