Does the company provide a service schedule?
We have a set service route that we follow. Our lawn maintenance crews will service your property the same day
each week (barring inclement weather).

What happens if it rains on my regularly scheduled day?
If we are unable to provide any given service due to inclement weather, we will provide said service as soon as possible.
Please bear in mind that it is unhealthy for your lawn to be mowed when wet but we will do all that we can to get back
on schedule.

Does the company have insurance?
We carry workmen's compensation, general liability as well as pesticide insurances.

Do they have licensed pesticide applicators?
Yes, we have two registered, licensed commercial pesticide applicators. We continually attend classes throughout
the year to keep our licenses current.

Will my phone call be returned?
We return all clients’ phone calls usually within 24 hours.

What is the billing policy?
We bill at the end of each month and payment is due within 15 days. Larger jobs, including mulching and landscaping,
will require a deposit.
